  Bought a "classic" half a hero sandwich on Friday afternoon. Got home, opened it up to eat it but there was bread on only one side. I called them at 6:15 pm and asked if this was a mistake and if not, then how was I supposed to eat it. The girl said she didn't understand me and that she was busy and I would have to call back Monday and speak to the manager. I stated that it was a simple question that she or the maker of the sandwich could answer and that I shouldn't have to wait till Monday to get answered. She then without notice, hung up the phone. I tried calling back several times but they would not pick up. PS: I eventually had to use a knife and fork and the sandwich quality was a 3 on a scale of 10 ----- overall, a very bad experience !.
